As every year Conservas Entreislas will attend the Fair Campomar held, with great public success in Tapia de Casariego (Asturias) between days  26th - 29th August 2010, where we present our wide variety of canned fish, as well as its process provenance and getting, in this way, a more direct treatment with the customer and offering the public a handmade, healthy and high quality product.

Being faithful with our tradition we have started the purchase of the Tuna in this year, at the Guild of Puerto de Vega, in order to offer you this fish in his best conditions. Rigorous, as always, in our processes, the fish is captured through traditional arts and each piece is collected with hook, (the "trolling technique") preventing any deterioration suffered and respecting the seabed which remain intact, because fishing is done near the surface, ensuring us a product of extraordinary quality and freshness

In our category of "Bonito" could not be missed one of the most popular canned fish and tasty: White Bonito in Marinade.

It comes in loins, prepared and  packaged according to our traditional techniques, and together with the marinade sauce of our own creation, integrating a very appetizing food while healthy.
